| The Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT) Agreement and Disclosures governing your use of the Home Banking Service is available online for your review prior to transmitting your Home Banking request. You may agree to receive this Agreement and Disclosure online rather than by mail. You also have the right to receive other documentation regarding the Home Banking service from time to time, including periodic statements, billing error resolution notices, and notice of change in terms (subsequent disclosure information). The credit union will mail any applicable subsequent disclosure information to you as set forth in the Agreement and Disclosures provided online. You may now choose to accept or decline the EFT Agreement and Disclosures online. |
| If you decline to receive the Agreement and Disclosures online, your Home Banking access may be delayed until we mail the Agreement and Disclosures to you. |
| To access Home Banking or to request your Personal Identification Number (PIN), simply fill out the information requested below, and click on the 'Submit' button. Your first-time user PIN for Home Banking will be your social security number. You will be required to change it to a numeric PIN of your choice, for security purposes. |
