Who Can Join Our Credit Union?

Employees of the State of California, California National Guard, and Ocean Crest Federal Credit Union, and Retirees of the same. The Board of Directors may also accept other employee groups or associations after review on an individual basis (these groups to be known as SEG'S, Select Employee Groups.) Family members of the preceding groups may also join. (This includes spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, in-laws, grandchildren, aunts, uncles and cousins.)
